Participants who wish to make a proposal are invited to submit their proposal at any time. The Program Committee will do its best to accommodate it. First-time presenters are welcome!

The proposal process has been adjusted for the CANHEIT 2009 as it will become a two-step process. The additional step of reviewing the presentation outlines in Powerpoint will help us assure a minimum amount of overlap in the information presented.

1. You submit your proposal abstract for review by February 20, 2009. 
2. Final acceptance confirmation letters will be sent out on April 1, 2009. 
3. Once your proposal abstract has been accepted, you will be asked to submit your presentation outline in Powerpoint within 30 days.
